Mephistofeles from Argentina summon doom from the filthiest basement, where reality buckles under riffs, smoke, and delirium. Since 2013 they've stood as a cult beacon for those drawn to sounds that are raw, hypnotic, and uncompromising. Records like I'm Heroin, Satan Sex Ceremonies and Violent Theatre prove they're not just another doom act, but messengers of filth and nihilism, showcasing their own apocalyptic vision. On stage, they erupt into a ritual where madness fuses with groove and every riff cuts like a rusted blade.
If Mephistofeles channel doom's darkest sermon, Acid Row answer with a furious cocktail that burns just as deep. Acid Row blend stoner doom with punk, 90s grunge, psychedelia, and noise-rock into a potent brew of heavy riffs, sharp rhythms, and shadowy vocals. Their third album Poisoned Mind (2024), carried them from underground phenomenon to award-winning force, securing a place among the key names of the alternative rock scene.
